Child Defination & Issues

Many people want to know what is the accurate definition of a child .  A young boy or girl who is not yet an Adult and is Zero to Eighteen years old is regarded a child and a CHILD is a person who is under 18 years. Many issues and problems are faced by children's in their life and they never want to share and discuss their problems and issues from anybody. So, the parents talk to their children like a friend so that their children feel a friendly atmosphere in their families and they could share everything from their parents. Now-a-days parents are created such a atmosphere in their families. The major issues and their solutions in India is following :- 

1. Primary Education :- Although, Primary Education is compulsory for every child in India but mostly children who belong to a poor family can not achieve the primary education due to the child labor and beggary. The primary education is not most effective in rural areas due to shortage of infrastructure.The Government of India is organized the Midday Meal Scheme in India for children. The Primary education is divided into two parts in India :-
i. Lower Primary Education.
ii. Upper Primary Education.

Our government of India are organizing many projects and schemes for these children and many NGO's are working in this field .
